I went to Borders today to pick up a birthday card for someone. As I am skint at the moment I had my blinkers on to the rest of borders, but unfortunately didn't have them on when walking past the window where I saw an event being advertised:

Lesbian, Gay and Transsexual speed dating. I do note the lack of catering for bisexuals, but I suspect that would make the organisation of the event that little bit harder.

Well, already I'm behind on my planned "keep the blog up to date" mission. Damnit.

Well, if you look to the right, you should see I have been reading lots of Dune. I'm currently reading Chapter House Dune on the train to and from work. That's the last of Frank Herbert's Dune books and the rest are slaughtered by his son, Brian Herbert, and Kevin J Anderson who should be served an Anti-Literature Behaviour Order.
